Get Active

Whether you go out into the street or help others go vegan by spreading awareness, there is always something you can do to help animals. Not only will you help the world become a better place, but you will also enjoy yourself while doing it. What’s more, you’ll make many like-minded friends and discover new places through vegan activism. It is probably the most productive activity a person can do. My advice is to just go out and get started. You can always stop if you don’t like it, however I’m pretty sure you’ll fall in love with it.

“Speak up for animals the way you would want to be spoken for, if it was you in their situation.” Gary Yourofsky

The Save Movement

The Save Movement bears witness to pigs, cows, chickens and other farmed animals en route to slaughter. By filming these animals in their last moments, The Save Movement spreads awareness on social media to help others make the connection.

Meeting the victims and showing them compassion sparks a fire inside of you that inspires you to be active.

Surge holds many different events and campaigns throughout the UK. From marches to demonstrations to traveling around the country in an awesome vegan van, you’ll surely find something you love.

Challenge 22

Challenge 22 helps participants of their free program transition to a vegan lifestyle. They are always looking for volunteers to help mentor participants within their Facebook group. This is a great way to help the animals by making it easier for people to go vegan.
